In April 2020, Motor Vehicle Periodic Inspection (MVPI) through RFQ Number: 001, invited qualified companies to submit proposals for new high tech inspection lanes. MVPI was specifically looking for automation with new innovations, smart system, less human interference to enhance and improve the inspection process. After a thorough review and evaluation process of the technical and financial offers received, MVPI decided to proceed with Worldwide Environmental Products (Worldwide)-Ryme as the winning tender.

MVPI is a public vehicle periodic inspection service company established in 1986. The objective of MVPI is to provide a quality inspection, an expectable value and good experience to Saudi citizens and residents. MVPI currently operates 30 and building 19 new inspection centers that will start its Operation in 2021 throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Worldwide, a California based global leader in building successful vehicle inspection programs, has been building strong partnerships to provide the most innovative, safest and accepted programs in the world since 1984. Founded in 1982, Ryme is a company dedicated to the design, development, manufacture, installation and maintenance of equipment for the safety/technical inspection of vehicles.
